Hello! It’s time again for the annual Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish Festival at St. Joseph Church in Coraopolis!
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish consists of St. Catherine of Siena Church (Crescent), St. Joseph Church (Coraopolis), and St. Margaret Mary Church (Moon). The festival dates have been set for Thursday, July 11th, Friday, July 12th and Saturday, July 13th.

At this time, we are inviting local businesses and professionals to advertise at our festival in one of four ways:
 

• The first way is to become an entertainment sponsor. A sign advertising your company will be placed at the stage and a listing will be in the festival program.
  • The gold sponsorship is $500.
  • The silver sponsorship is $300.
• The second way to advertise is with a booth or tent sponsorship.  A sign advertising your company will be placed in the booth/tent and a listing will be in the festival program.
  • The large tent sponsorship is $1,000.
  • The tent sponsorship is $250.
    • Tents include food/beverage booths, basket raffle, etc. If you would like your sign at a specific tent, please include a note on your sponsorship form. Please note, requests are not guaranteed.
  • The game booth sponsorship is $150.
• The third way is to advertise in our festival program:
  • A full-page ad is $100.
  • A half page ad is $50.
  • A quarter page ad is $25.
• The fourth way to advertise is a combination of the second and third:
  • A tent sponsorship and a full-page ad for $300.
  • A game booth sponsorship and a full-page ad for $200.

June 19th  (in order to get items printed in time), with a check payable to Most Sacred Heart of Jesus to:

If you would like to donate an item from your business to our basket raffle in lieu of an advertising sponsorship, we would be more than happy to include your business’ name on the basket and within our program. Items can be mailed to the above address or please make arrangements with Kelly for pick-up.
